Returns, Exchanges & Guarantee

• We know it's hard to buy a CD online that you haven't heard before.
• But we also know there's SO much good music in here that you will love.
• So if your CD or Merchandise item is defective in material and or workmanship You may return your it and we will exchange it for an identical item No Charge.
  • You must pay return postage (sending it back to us)
  • We will cover the postage of sending you the replacement
  • In the event of a clothing item which maybe out of stock or discontinued
    • We may replace the item with a similar item of the same size or style
    • We reserve the right to issue a complete refund on any item
• All Digital download sales are final
• We reserve the right to issue refunds partial or complete on any order

Credit Card Security

• We don't store your credit card number anywhere. When you type it, the bank only gives an immediate response on whether it was accepted or not, without ever showing us the number. It is charged and forgotten, while you watch, for extra protection.
• Yes this means you'll have to type your card number again when you return, but we hope you appreciate the extra safety and privacy it gives you.
• NOTE: This is MUCH safer than using your credit card at a restaurant or gas station, where you are handing your card to a stranger who disappears with it and comes back later. At Broken Records, your credit card info is never seen by anyone

Delivery Details

• In the USA, if you get one CD, we send by first class mail. Your CD will arrive in 3-5 days.
• In the USA, if you get MORE than one CD, we send by PRIORITY mail. Your CD will arrive in 2-3 days.
• Outside of the USA, we use Global Priority Mail everywhere possible. Packages take 2-10 days.
• If it takes more than 10 days, you should slap your mailman when he arrives.
